Comme il a beaucoup été question d'un petit sac de pierres précieuses, que l'une des pensionnaires est une princesse orientale, que Scotland Yard et l'Intelligence Service s'intéressent à Meadowbank, on peut se demander si les pierres n'ont pas pris le chemin du collège. Alors, alors... il n'y a que Poirot qui puisse percer tant de mystères.
